Richard has worked in the San Francisco Financial Community, both in insurance and business. The companies he had worked with include General Reinsurance and Marsh McClenna, and for the last three decades, he has worked extensively with UBS, RBC and WFA.

He and his wife, Nancy(deceased) raised their family in Piedmont, CA. His associations have included, The Guardsmen, the Olympic Club, Claremont Country Club, and Palisades Tennis Club in Newport Beach. He now lives in the Marina District of San Francisco.

What professional accomplishments are you most proud of?
-Over my career, it has been rewarding to work with long-term clients to identify their investment goals and help them achieve financial independence as they have moved into their retirement years.
 
What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

- Being married for 32 years and now having 4 grown children who are having business and professional success, while building young families.

Having an exact exercise program since high school, which is augmented by tennis, golf and enjoying any physical activity. I am an avid reader of historical books related to the 19th and 20th Century Europe. I have been known to enjoy a libation from time to time while listening to classic rock or modern country music.

What quality makes you best suited to what you do?
-An eclectic background, including living in 3 foreign countries, allows me to engage people easily and get to know them well quickly.
